Extract

Fresh juice extraction within hours

Within hours of harvest, the sugarcane is transported to our processing facility where it undergoes cold-pressing to extract the purest juice. This rapid processing preserves the natural enzymes, minerals, and the authentic flavor that sets Aayu apart.

Boil

Traditional slow-boil method preserves nutrients

Our master craftsmen use the centuries-old 'open pan' method, slowly simmering the juice over controlled heat. This traditional technique, passed down through generations, ensures that vital nutrients like iron, magnesium, and potassium remain intact while concentrating the natural sweetness.

Set

Natural cooling in hygienic conditions

The concentrated jaggery is poured into food-grade molds and allowed to cool naturally in our climate-controlled, FSSAI-certified facility. This gradual cooling process gives our jaggery its characteristic smooth texture and uniform consistency.

Cube

Precision-cut into perfect 1cm cubes

Using precision equipment, each block is carefully cut into uniform 1cm cubes - the perfect single-serving size. Every cube undergoes visual inspection to ensure it meets our exacting quality standards for shape, color, and texture.

Pack

Sealed for freshness and convenience

Each batch is packed in airtight, moisture-resistant packaging that preserves freshness for up to 12 months. Our packaging is designed to be convenient for daily use while protecting the jaggery from humidity and contamination.
